•Dec 13, 2025Hey guys, I recently got a 3d printer along with a LMT m203. With the semi-recent banning of fosscad, I've been having trouble locating both files and directions. I'm trying to find files for pushers and windscreens for chalk rounds as well as which filament type works for each part. I have KAK bases, and I already reload so that solves that issue.

I am familiar with the standard reloading procedures with the 38 s&w blanks, but am confused on this whole “vent hole” thing. I am using the KAK aluminum 40mm cases. How do I know what vent size hole is needed? I am planning on shooting full 3d printed nose cone and pushers.

These little guys are tons of fun and very loud. Pretty close to as loud and as bright as a 12 gram flash bang, but launched out of a 40.
